Wholesale Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility for Wholesale Accounts
- A valid business license or GST number (for Indian businesses) is required.
- Wholesale pricing is available only for registered retailers, resellers, and distributors.
- Minimum order value must be met to qualify for wholesale pricing (e.g., ₹25,000).
2. Ordering Process
- Orders must be placed through our official website or by contacting the wholesale team directly.
- All orders are subject to stock availability.
- Full payment must be made before processing, unless a credit term agreement is in place.
3. Pricing & Payment Terms
- All wholesale prices are listed in INR and exclusive of taxes and shipping charges.
- Accepted payment methods: UPI, Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Cards.
- Payment must be completed within 7 days of order confirmation to avoid cancellation.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days after payment confirmation.
- Shipping charges will vary based on order size and destination.
- Maharanga is not responsible for delays caused by customs or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Returns & Exchange Policy
- Wholesale orders are final and cannot be returned unless products are damaged or defective.
- Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
- Approved returns will be eligible for replacement or store credit only.
6. Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) Policy
- Wholesale partners must adhere to the MAP guidelines provided by Maharanga.
- Products cannot be sold at prices lower than those specified in our MAP policy.
7. Intellectual Property & Branding
- Maharanga’s logo, product images, and descriptions may only be used with prior approval.
- Unauthorized use of our branding may result in account termination.
8. Termination of Agreement
- Maharanga reserves the right to terminate any wholesale account if the terms are violated.
- Any pending orders will be processed or refunded based on the circumstances.
9. Dispute Resolution
- In case of disputes, both parties agree to resolve issues amicably or through arbitration in accordance with Indian laws.
10. Amendments to Terms
- Maharanga reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Partners will be notified of any significant changes.
