1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unwashed
  • It should be in its original condition and packaging
  • A valid proof of purchase is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

Customized or print-on-demand products.

3. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items.

For exchange requests, please contact us with your order details.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
